Our name comes from the root of a Mapuche word, an ethnic population of the Andes.
Nampëlkafe means Traveler.
We met traveling, and we want to continue traveling with Nampelka.
So, we have travelled several times to Kenya, Uganda, Ivory Coast, and Tanzania to explore how entrepreneurs can support building up institutions and thus, how they can facilitate economic development in African countries.
Most of these powerful entrepreneurs are women that provide high-quality natural products such as natural cosmetic or relish and jam. Overtime we have become friends because we share a common vision of celebrating that we are all natural and all different. Thus, we are not perfect. We are natural.
Based on our experience, Nampelka aims at becoming the bridge between female entrepreneurs in Africa and international experts that are curious about the cultural diversity in an African context. We will build this bridge through international, digital chamas made by women for women with the aim of:
nurturing African female entrepreneurs' business
sharing experiences and personal issues
influencing positively the society worldwide.
We strive to create a community of like-minded women worldwide to support local female entrepreneurs in developing economies who advocate for cultural diversity.
Meet the team
We are not perfect.
We are natural.
I love the idea, what can I do?
